Partner Search

ideal ist LOGO colorSingleimage is the UK member of the Ideal-ist consortium, which helps find partners for proposers to the Information and Communications Technologies (ICT) theme of Horizon 2020.

The original Ideal-ist project was first established in 1996, so has a long standing experience in EU Framework Programmes.

The Ideal-ist 2018 consortium is supported by the European Commission and consists of partners and National Contact Points (NCPs) from 70 countries participating in the ICT theme. These include EU and Non-EU countries, such as the Associated States, Eastern European Partner Countries (EEPC), Mediterranean Partner Countries (MPC) and emerging countries like China, Brazil, India and South Africa.  The Ideal-ist consortium has over 65,000 contacts interested in the ICT Programme.

Organisations throughout Europe will be seeking partners for their project ideas over the coming months. If you would like to be advised of these partner searches, please register here, where you can indicate your areas of interest within the ICT Programme.

Once you are registered, and as soon as we receive partner searches in your areas of interest, we will send them on to you by email.  Click on the link provided in the email and if you are interested in the search, use the reply button at the top or bottom of the partner search form. Your reply will go directly to the proposer who will usually get back to you to discuss things further.  If you reply, remember this will probably be the only chance you get to sell your organisation to the proposer.  They will receive many responses - so make yours stand out!

If you have a project idea and want to find partners click on the Ideal-ist link, and when you are on the Ideal-ist Home Page click on “Launch a New Partner Search” and follow the instructions.

Once your project idea has been submitted and approved, your partner search will be uploaded onto the Ideal-ist website and circulated throughout the extensive Ideal-ist network. Very quickly, you will be contacted by interested organisations. On average, each UK partner search uploaded receives 60 expressions of interest.

The Ideal-ist project also attends a number of events where you have the opportunity to meet with us to discuss your partnering needs.

Please find the international Ideal-ist website here for more information: http://www.ideal-ist.eu.
